Companies, agencies, organizations, and any other creators and/or distributors of health information have always had one major challenge - how to reach the most people with the greatest need for the information.

Our goal is simple; to provide one place where individuals in need of information related to health topics register themselves and their interests. Then to educate the information providers of our existence and have them add us to their distribution channels.

How you benefit?

  • One place to register.
This works because every day we look for additional sources of information - for a large number of people. It's the difference between one person contacting a major corporation for information and us contacting them on behalf of thousands - they listen.
  • Access to information that may not exist.
If we become aware of a doctor or researcher's interesting ideas, we may ask that this information be put into a document and then distributed to our audience. Individuals working alone may never have had access to this information.

How organizations benefit?

As mentioned above, organizations try to reach the most individuals as possible with the methods they have. The problem is that if a person is not a patient of a specialist or a member of a disorder-specific organization - the person in need never get this information.

We solve this by working with many organizations to make sure that everyone who needs information, gets it, regardless of how they get care or what affiliations they may have.

We feel this is the "one-stop" service that's been needed for a long time.

Recently in a conversation with an agency that represents pharmaceutical companies, we were discussing a specific disorder. It was mentioned that of the millions of individuals with the disorder, the largest list accessible for distributing information had only a couple hundred thousand names on it.

Regardless of whether this company distributed to the best list or not, it doesn't change the fact that only a handful of the individuals that needed this information, got it. Was someone you care about left out?

How you can help?

  • Tell your friends and family about BrainNet.org.
  • If they don't have access to register, ask them if you can register them.
  • Tell your doctors and their assistants so they can register.
  • Tell your support group leaders and their members.
  • Tell anyone that can benefit from being better informed.

Remember, the more individuals and companies that use the service, the greater the benefit for everyone involved.
